I go through all the documents (condition report, electrical inspection report, servitudes, BBR and the purchase agreement) and explain in English what they mean for you.

What people ask most often
Can I buy a home in Denmark if I live here but am not Danish?
Yes. What you need to do depends on your citizenship and how long you have lived in Denmark. EU/EEA citizens can normally buy a permanent home without permission and declare to the Land Registration Court that they meet the conditions. Citizens of countries outside the EU/EEA normally need permission from Civilstyrelsen, unless Denmark is their permanent home or they have lived here for at least five years in total.
