Are there any additional costs?

Is a buyer’s advisor necessary?
Although you can technically buy a home without an advisor, it is by no means recommended. A buyer’s advisor helps you avoid pitfalls, save money and enjoy a smooth, efficient buying process. That is often the difference between a good deal and an expensive one.
A buyer’s advisor gives you a stronger negotiating position, help with complex legislation and contracts, and transparency and peace of mind.
When do I pay for the advice?
